1. Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and video of the item.

2. Refunds
Once your damaged or defective item is approved, we will issue a full refund.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
