Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and video of the item.

 

2. Refunds

• Once your damaged or defective item is approved, we will issue a full refund.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 

3. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges.

4. Order Cancellations

​If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
