1. Hand Wash Recommended

• Gently hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with mild detergent.

• Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.

2. Do Not Wring

• Squeeze gently to remove excess water.

• Avoid twisting or wringing, which can stretch the yarn.

3. Drying

• Lay flat on a clean towel to air dry.

• Do not tumble dry.

1. Returns

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo and video of the item.

2. Refunds

• Once your damaged or defective item is approved, we will issue a full refund.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

3. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges.

​If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Domestic UK Shipping:

• Standard Shipping: £2 (Free on orders over £50) – Estimated 3–5 business days

• Express Shipping: £5 (Free on orders over £50) – Estimated 1–3 business days

International / Rest of World Shipping:

• We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

• The shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

• Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by the destination country.
